Aberdeen Forward offers a variety of services to businesses and third sector organisations in the North East of Scotland. We provide good quality office space and mailing services at affordable prices from our head office at 2 Poynernook Road, Aberdeen AB11 5RW.

Mail box service
We offer a full mailing service to provide businesses with a professional image and business address. We collate all mail in a secure mail box at our Sustainable Communities Centre, which can then be collected or forwarded as desired.

Professional call answering
We provide businesses with a telephone answering service to save them time answering calls throughout the day. We provide businesses with a personalised number and answer all calls under the company name. All messages are then forwarded on by voice mail, telephone or emailed.

Virtual office
Our virtual office service is offered to businesses and third sector organisations and includes both our mailing and call answering services as well as the hire of a training/meeting room for one day every month. This gives businesses a professional look without the expense of renting full time premises.

Meeting room hire
Aberdeen Forward provides community space for partners and businesses. Rooms can be rented on a day or hourly rate.
