Welcome to Aberdeen Forward's website

Aberdeen Forward was established in 1999, to help reduce the amount of waste going to the city's landfill sites.

Using money from the Landfill Tax Credit scheme Aberdeen Forward has been able to develop and support a number of innovative waste management projects. Money has gone direct to the community to help deliver a range of initiatives such as furniture recycling, environmental workshops and a trial of animal bedding made from waste paper. We are always on the look out for new and exciting sustainable development projects to support. If you have any ideas on how best we can spend our money, please use this website to get in touch.

I am delighted with our successes so far and, with your help, I am confident that Aberdeen Forward will continue to go from strength to strength.
