Open Day this Weekend
The Creative Waste Exchange will be open this Saturday 1st May, 10am – 2pm. We have lots of beads, good quality office furniture and the usual assortment of resources in our Aladdin’s Cave available. We are also opening our downstairs warehouse where we are giving away chairs for free! If you are needing reception chairs or stackable chairs come along and see what we have.
Aberdeen Forward Shortlisted for Spirit of Enterprise Award
Aberdeen Forward has been shortlisted for the Alick Buchanan Smith Spirit of Enterprise Award at the Grampian Business Awards. Further judging will take place later this month and the winner will be announced at a prestigeous Awards Dinner being held on Thursday 17th June at the Ardoe House Hotel.

Waste Prevention Officer
We are currently recruiting for a part-time project officer to join our team. The successful applicant will work on our composting at schools project. This will involve helping with waste audits, visiting schools and advising on suitable composting systems. Training is available for the right candidate.
7.5 hours per week.
Salary: circa £19,500 pro rata.
Funded until 31 March 2011.

Open Day Here Tomorrow
We will be open this Saturday 10am – 2pm at 2 Poynernook Road, Aberdeen, for our usual open day. We have a range of office furniture, stationery and craft items available including coloured paper, ribbon and trim, beads and findings and yarn both 100g and 50g at low prices.
